Santa Lucia is a small-gated complex of both apartments and houses with a large swimming pool (open from mid May till end of September) and gardens. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the beaches, shops and bars of Alcossebre and the marina of Las Fuentes.

This spacious house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has double bed and double doors leading to a balcony, the other two bedrooms have twin beds, with a bathroom upstairs and additional toilet and shower downstairs.

There is a well-equipped separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and washing machine.

The well-appointed lounge /dining room has a TV.

Outside there is a large patio with a small gated garden to the front and a balcony at the rear. There is also a large integral garage

All linen is provided (except beach towels) and a between lets maid service is supplied. There is on site parking.

Suitability

Children welcome, no pets and there is no wheelchair access. 

Rental Rates - A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at time of booking, the outstanding balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
